摘要：
The invention relates to a method for producing a polyamide by converting a mixture containing a monomer that comprises a nitrile group and at least one additional functional group that is capable of forming a carboxamide group, in addition to water in the presence of titanium dioxide, which acts as the catalyst. Said method is characterised in that the titanium dioxide has a BET surface area ranging between 5 and 35 m /g, determined by means of a volumetric process according to a multipoint method, as per the German standard DIN 66 131.
