The invention relates to rotating members of a printing press, comprising a bale that encompasses a basic body having a cylindrical surface and at least one outer element which is applied to the surface of the basic body. Said outer element is provided with at least one hollow space through which preferably a tempering agent flows, or the outer element covers a hollow space that is embodied within the basic body and is preferably penetrated by a tempering agent in such a way that the access to a clamping duct configured inside the basic body is not obstructed.
