The invention relates to a method for the organisation of a radio communication system comprising a plurality of subscriber radio stations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) having, respectively, a radio transmission range (C), and a central radio station (Z). The subscriber radio stations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are at least partially mobile and each radio station (Z, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) is disposed within the radio transmission range (C) of at least one adjacent subscriber radio station (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). User data is sent from radio station (Z, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) to radio station (Z, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,) within the range (C) of a subscriber radio station (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) in order to transfer user data. User data can be transferred directly or can be transferred via one or several other radio stations (z, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6,) from any particular first subscriber radio station (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) to any particular second subscriber radio station (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) in the radio communication system. According to the invention, the central radio station (Z) transmits information via the adjacent subscriber radio stations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) of each subscriber radio station (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) within at least one part of the radio communication system to the plurality of subscriber-sided radio stations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) within the at least one part of the radio communication system. According to the inventive method, signalling costs in ad hoc networks can be reduced.
