摘要：
The invention relates to an implant for closing an opening of the annulus fibrosus whereby being provided in the form of a plug (20). The aim of the invention is to ensure a fixing of the plug that is as reliable as possible as well as a secure closure. To this end, the plug has, on its upper side and on its lower side, dimensionally stable anchoring elements (21, 22) for the end plates (6, 7) of adjacent vertebral bodies (1, 2) and has a deformable structure in the area between the upper side and lower side.
