摘要：
The invention relates to a valve for controlling fluids, comprising a pole core (8), an armature element (2), which is connected to a closing element (9) to release or seal a passage (10) and a restoring element (7), which is situated between the armature element (2) and the pole core (8) in order to restore the armature element (2) to its initial position. The invention is characterised in that the interior of the armature element (2) is equipped with a bore assembly (3), to provide a connection between a chamber (6, S) situated between the armature element (2) and the pole core (8) and a chamber (12) in the vicinity of the closing element (9). According to a second embodiment, a projecting area is configured on the armature element (2) and/or on the pole core (8) to prevent the armature from adhering to the pole core.
