In order to allow one respective movable control disk that is to be actuated separately to cooperate with a joint stationary distribution disk (7) for both controls (9, 15), pressing of the two movable control disks against the distribution disk can be adjusted and regulated separately. Two actuating elements (14, 19), one of which is disposed around the other one as a sleeve, are used for actuating.
