摘要: A multi-way valve adapted to control a flow of fluid to different thermal fluid circuits includes a valve housing (12), a valve flow controller (14), and sealing systems. The valve flow controller is arranged in the valve housing to control flow through the valve housing. Each sealing system is configured to seal between the valve housing and one of the valve rotors included in the valve flow controller. The multi-way valve comprises a first valve rotor (36) arranged in a first valve cavity (30) of the valve housing and a second valve rotor (38) arranged in a second valve cavity (32) of the valve housing, the first and the second valve rotors including a plurality of through holes that extend axially through the rotor.

摘要: The patent discloses a thermal management system and a valve thereof. The valve comprises a valve house and a valve core that can be rotatably mounted in the valve house. A plurality of inner valve ports and a plurality of outer valve ports are defined in an axial end of the valve house. The inner valve ports and the outer valve ports are arranged at intervals along the circumference of valve house. the valve core defines a plurality of inner flow channels and a plurality of outer flow channels extending through one of axial ends of the valve core. the inner flow channels are located at a radial inner side of the outer flow channels and are not in communication with each other inside the valve core. The inner flow channels are corresponding to the inner valve ports. The outer flow channels are corresponding to the outer valve ports. In response to the valve core rotating to different positions relative to the valve house, the inner flow channels selectively communicate with different inner valve ports, and the outer flow channel selectively communicate with different outer valve ports.

摘要: A material supply assembly includes a valve assembly having an outer valve member and an inner valve member rotatable relative to the outer valve member. A plurality of discharge seals may be provide between the outer valve member and the inner valve member, with one of the discharge seals extending around openings of the outer valve member or openings of the inner valve member. A first circumferential seal may also be provided. An engagement structure including a plurality of spaced apart vertical engagement projections and a plurality of complementary configured engagement recesses may be provided between the valve assembly and the base. A locking arm having a locking member may be provided with the locking member positioned in a locking receptacle. A projection engages the locking arm to move the locking member from the locking receptacle.

The valve assembly (200) includes a main shaft having a first end and a second end, a knob (208) coupled to the first end, a mixing plate (210) coupled to the second end, a main seal (212) coupled to the main shaft, and a first biasing member disposed around the main shaft. The first end is disposed within the mixing chamber and the second end is disposed within the dry chamber. The damper assembly (300) includes an outer cylinder (302) disposed within the dry chamber, a piston (304) extending at least partially into the outer cylinder (302), and a second biasing member disposed within the outer cylinder (302). The piston (304) has an interference surface configured to contact the knob (208), and the second biasing member is configured to bias the piston (304).
