A tubular pipe lining material 1 is guided to first and second pressure chambers 50 and 55 and attached to an eversion nozzle 55a that is provided at the lower end of the second pressure chamber. The pipe lining material is held by a holding jack 21 of the first pressure chamber, and is drawn into the second pressure chamber by the lowering of the first pressure chamber. When a prescribed length of the pipe lining material has been fed into the pressure chamber, the second pressure chamber is airtightly sealed, and the pipe lining material is everted and drawn out through the eversion nozzle by the action of fluid pressure in the second pressure chamber. Thereafter, the first pressure chamber is raised, and the same operation is repeated to successively evert and draw out the pipe lining material from the second pressure chamber.
