When a prescribed length of the pipe lining material has been fed into the pressure chamber, the second pressure chamber is airtightly sealed, and the pipe lining material is everted and drawn out through the eversion nozzle by the action of fluid pressure in the second pressure chamber. Thereafter, the first pressure chamber is raised, and the same operation is repeated to successively evert and draw out the pipe lining material from the second pressure chamber.
