摘要：
The invention relates to a method for measuring a soot deposition homogeneity in a particle filter (4) consisting in simultaneously or successively measuring respective characteristic quantities of at least two gas flows, each of which has run through the longitudinal portion of said filter (4) and in comparing the thus obtained characteristic quantities therebetween. The invention also relates to a method for controlling the particle filter (4) regeneration consisting in measuring a soot deposition homogeneity therein and in adapting the parameters of said regeneration according to the obtained homogeneity value.
