Composite stopper cap (1) comprising: a) a metal cap (3) comprising a crimp region (36) and a means of easy initial opening (12) of said composite stopper cap (1), b) a plastics insert (4) joined to a top part (32) of said metal cap (3), which insert (4) comprises a sealing head (40) and an internally threaded skirt (41), and c) at least one first outer component (5) assembled to said metal cap (3), said first outer component (5) having at least one peripheral hand grip part (50); which cap is characterized in that it also includes a second outer component (6) assembled to said metal connecting skirt (31) in such a way as to cover and conceal the lower part (35) of said metal cap.
