The invention relates to a re-positionable support (1) comprising a fixed part (2) on which a moving part (3) that can move in at least one adjustable direction (4) is mounted via a connector (5) associated with an actuator for adjusting the position of the moving part in the adjusting direction, the connector being associated with a member for immobilizing the moving part with respect to the fixed part. Another subject of the invention is a workstation comprising at least one such support.
