摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of aerial work platforms, in particular to a linear actuator with a contact type safety nut, and an aerial work platform. The linear actuator includes a central screw, a driving nut mechanism, and a safety nut mechanism. The central screw has a screw raceway. The safety nut mechanism includes a safety nut seat sleeved at the periphery of the central screw. Limit hole channels pointing to the central screw are arranged on the safety nut seat. An elastic buffer element is arranged in each of the limit hole channels. A safety ball is arranged between the elastic buffer element and the central screw. The contact type safety nut enables the linear actuator to always keep safety, stability, and no loss of accuracy in a conversion process that the safety nut mechanism gets involved to take effect while the driving nut mechanism fails.

摘要: A ball screw device includes a screw shaft, a nut, and a plurality of balls. An outer peripheral raceway surface is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the screw shaft. The nut is provided with an inner peripheral raceway surface in an inner peripheral surface and penetrates the screw shaft. The nut has at least three or more circulation components. A raceway has at least three or more ball circuits respectively corresponding to the circulation components. The at least three or more ball circuits include a central circuit placed at a central portion of the nut in an axial direction parallel to a central axis of the screw shaft, a first circuit placed in the first direction with respect to the central circuit, and a second circuit placed in the second direction with respect to the central circuit. In the outer peripheral raceway surface, pitch diameters of the threads are the same. In the inner peripheral raceway surface, a first inner peripheral raceway surface that belongs to the first circuit and a second inner peripheral raceway surface that belongs to the second circuit have different pitch diameters from a central inner peripheral raceway surface that belongs to the central circuit.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein lineares Führungssystem (1) mit mindestens einem ersten Schienenelement (2) und einem zweiten Schienenelement (3), welche in und entgegen einer Auszugsrichtung linear gegeneinander verschiebbar aneinander gelagert sind, einem Linearantrieb (4), welcher eine rotierbare Antriebswelle (5) und einen für die Übertragung eines Drehmoments auf die Antriebswelle (5) ausgelegten Elektromotor (6) aufweist, wobei der Linearantrieb (4) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass eine Rotationsbewegung der Antriebswelle (5) eine lineare Bewegung der ersten und zweiten Schienenelemente (2, 3) in oder entgegen der Auszugsrichtung (90) relativ zueinander bewirkt, wobei ein zwischen einer Entriegelungsstellung und einer Verriegelungsstellung zustellbares und rückstellbares Verriegelungselement (7) vorgesehen ist, welches derart ausgebildet ist, dass es für eine Blockierung der Rotationsbewegung der Antriebswelle (5) in der Verriegelungsstellung mit einem mit der Antriebswelle (5) drehfest verbundenen oder als Abschnitt der Antriebswelle (5) ausgebildeten Eingriffselement (8) formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig in Eingriff tritt, und ein Aktuator (9) vorgesehen ist, welcher für eine Zustellung des Verriegelungselements (7) zu dem Eingriffselement (8) aus der Entriegelungsstellung in die Verriegelungsstellung sowie für eine Rückstellung des Verriegelungselements (7) aus der Verriegelungsstellung in die Entriegelungsstellung ausgelegt ist.
