A guideway of a track-bound vehicle, in particular a magnetic levitation railway, with several carriers (3) arranged consecutively is proposed, wherein each carrier (3) displays a track slab (4) with guide elements (5) arranged thereon for the vehicle, and the track slab (4) is held by at least one web (6) that runs in the longitudinal direction of the carrier (3) and protrudes considerably, downward from the track slab (4), when assembled. The guideway, as proposed by the invention, is distinguished in that the insert (8) is vertically mounted on the base (9; 13) in a resilient manner.
