According to said method, the inventive rigid track is either constructed from precast concrete components (7) arranged on a track bed structure (2,4;16), an intermediate region between the concrete components (7) and the track bed structure (2,4;16) being filled in with a solidifying filling material (8) in order to fix the position of the concrete components (7), or from cast-in-situ concrete or a combination of concrete components (7) and cast-in-situ concrete on the track bed structure (2,4;16). The inventive method is characterised in that the track bed structure (2,4;16) is created from an existing ballast bed (2), the ballast being at least partially compacted. The invention also relates to a corresponding communication track of a rigid track.

The invention relates to a method for correcting the position of a slab construction, especially a solid carriageway for high-speed vehicles, consisting of precast concrete slabs (1). The precast slabs (1) are supported by a substructure made from a hardenable underpoured material (4) and a supporting layer (5) on the base. In order to correct the position of at least one precast slab (1), the precast slab (1) is at least partially detached from the substructure, especially from the under poured material (4) and/or the supporting layer (5), whereupon it is finely aligned and then underpoured once more with said material (4). A separating device (20,21) is arranged on a precast concrete slab (1) which is to be detached on a successive precast concrete slab in a device provided with one such separating device in order to detach at least one part of a concrete slab (1) pertaining to a solid carriageway for high speed vehicles from the substructure thereof, especially when the position is corrected.

A method for the production of a precise pre-cast concrete piece, in particular in the form of a sleeper or plate for a fixed track for railed vehicles is disclosed. According to the invention, said method is characterised in that the pre-cast concrete piece is first produced as a blank in a form and then worked, at least in the functionally relevant regions, to the given dimensions.
