The present invention relates to a method, apparatuses, a system, and a computer program product for generating measurement gaps in a data transfer between a wireless terminal device (10) and a wireless access network (300). A sharing indicator is signaled from the wireless access network (300) to the wireless terminal device (10), and is used at the wireless terminal device (10) to control allocation ratios of the measurement gaps to different radio access technologies.
