摘要：
It is an object of the present invention to provide a dry analytical element for the measurement of HDL-C, in which the interference of lipoproteins other than HDL is suppressed. The present invention provides a dry analytical element for the measurement of a high density lipoprotein cholesterol, which has at least one layer comprising an nonionic surfactant of 3 to 22 g/m 2 , a buffer of 0.1 to 40 mmol/m 2 , dextran sulfate with a molecular weight of 36,000 to 50,000, a divalent metal ion and reagents for measuring high density lipoprotein cholesterol, on a support.
