From the image raw-data, a first image (ICAD) is reconstructed with a reconstruction module (12) according to reconstruction parameters (p) set optimally by a computer aided detection and/or diagnosis (CAD) module (13). This module can then evaluate an image (ICAD) that was reconstructed optimally according to its own requirements, for example with respect to image size and/or resolution, to find features of interest.
