The invention relates to a guide rail for a hand-held power tool, particularly for a circular hand saw, router, or jigsaw, comprising two individual rails (2, 3) to be joined which can be locked together by means of a removable connecting unit (4). The connecting unit (4) comprises at least one connecting bar (5) on a single rail, said bar being latched in the locking position to a locking counter-piece (6) disposed on the second single rail.
