摘要：
The invention relates to an assembly made of a compensating tank (1) and a master cylinder (2) for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system, wherein the compensating tank (1) is connected to the master cylinder (2) by means of a releasable connection and comprises at least one connecting fitting received in a corresponding connecting opening (3) of the master cylinder (2). According to the invention, the compensating tank (1) comprises means allowing motion of at least one part of the compensating tank in the direction of the master cylinder (2) when a particular force is applied to the compensating tank (1).
