摘要：
The present invention relates to an arrangement for dampening the vibration of a movably arranged apparatus assembly (20) of a fibrous web machine, wherein said apparatus assembly (20) of the fibrous web machine is arranged movably in relation to the body structure (18) of the fibrous web machine (10, 30) by its support structure a nd comprising a positioning apparatus (28) connected to operate between the apparatus arrangement and the body structure (18), the apparatus assembly (20) and/or its support structure being provided with a vibration dampening arrangement (50). The vibration dampening arrangement comprises at least two separate connections (52) from the apparatus assembly (20) or its support structure to the body structure (18), the connections comprising means (54) for selectably allowing, limiting or preventing movement of the connections. The invention also relates to a method for dampening vibration by means of a movably arranged apparatus assembly of a fibrous web machine.
