The invention discloses a cashbox (2) and a money validator (1) with the cashbox (2); the cashbox (2) comprises: a left shell (41), comprising first, second and third side walls (41 a, 41b, 41 c); a right shell (42), being symmetric with the left shell (41), and comprising fourth, fifth and sixth side walls (42a, 42b, 42c); a first fixing panel (43), fixedly connected to the second side wall (41 b) and the fifth side wall (42b) through screws; a second fixing panel (44), fixedly connected to the third side wall (41 c) and the sixth side wall (42c) through screws; an upper cover (6), which comprises a money entrance (21) and is inserted with the left shell (41) and the right shell (42), so as to form the top surface of the cashbox (2); a box door fixing panel (52) and a box door (51) pivotally connected to the box door fixing panel (52) through a pivot shaft (53), forming the back surface of the cashbox (2) together, wherein, the box door fixing panel (52) is inserted with the left shell (41) and the right shell (42), and the box door (51) is connected to the upper cover (6) through a security lock (54), and all the screws are provided in the cashbox (2). All components are fixedly connected by the screws inside the box body of the cashbox (2), thereby having a firm and secure structure.
