The present invention provides a multi-purpose scrapping machine suitable for the scrapping work for not only discarded automobiles but also various kinds of wastes such as construction wastes and piping wastes. The scrapping machine is equipped with a hydraulic-actuated arm/boom assembly mounted on an automotive vehicle, a nibbling pincher for scrapping work mounted to the tip of the arm/boom assembly, and a pair of right and left power-driven clamp arms mounted at the front or rear of the vehicle.
