摘要：
The present invention provides a method and device for determining a transmission power, which relates to a field of communication technologies. The method includes receiving, by a power determining device, capacity information of a first cell sent by a serving base station of the first cell and determining a transmission power used by a serving base station of the second cell on the specific resource of the second cell according to the capacity information of the first cell. By the technical solution mentioned above, the capacity of the first cell can be guaranteed.
