    摘要: This application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: A first network entity obtains first information, where the first information includes any one of the following: signal measurement results of a terminal device in at least two cells, and a relationship of the signal measurement results of the terminal device in the at least two cells, where the at least two cells include a first cell and a second cell; and the first network entity determines, based on second information, an adjustment manner for adjusting transmit power of the first cell, where the adjustment manner includes one or more of the following: whether to perform adjustment, an adjustment direction, and an adjustment range, where the second information includes the first information and a signal measurement result of a first terminal device in the second cell. According to this application, even if signal quality of the first cell cannot be accurately measured, the adjustment manner for adjusting the transmit power of the first cell can be determined.

    摘要: A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a receiving section that receives downlink control information (DCI) that schedules a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and a control section that, in a case where the DCI is DCI format 0_1, default pathloss reference signal enablement information is provided, and there is no pathloss reference signal configured or activated for the PUSCH, uses, for pathloss calculation, a reference signal for a sounding reference signal (SRS) corresponding to the PUSCH. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a reference signal used for pathloss calculation can be appropriately determined.
