摘要：
A potato-cutter provided with a system for detecting the volume of processed product and comprising: a supporting structure (1) on which a rotating mandrel (3) is sliding which drives the potato in rotation against at least one blade (4) placed at a right angle with respect to the axis of rotation; said mandrel being moved by an electric motor (11) and being mobile in the direction of the axis of rotation; and having the electric motor and the rotating mandrel mounted and sliding with a mobile cart (2) on said supporting structure; moreover, present and electrically connected on the power supply cable of the electric motor is an electronic counter (13) which detects the passage of electric current in the activation of the electric motor (11).
