The invention relates to a lighting and/or signalling device which includes a light guide (PT) having an inner surface (FI) and an outer surface (FE), and a light source (SL) capable of emitting light at an edge (BS) of the light guide (PT) such that said light propagates internally between the inner (FI) and outer (FE) surfaces, said guide (PT) comprising an output prism (FS) suitable for deflecting the light toward the outer surface (FE) of the light guide (PT), characterised in that the surface of the prism (FS) is obtained by convolution of the vertical and horizontal profiles of the prism (FS); each profile being defined by a spline-type curve.
