The seat frame (5) is disposed in an inclined manner toward the main frame (3) such that the seat frame (5) is spaced from a seat bottom surface (17b) of the rider's seat (17), thus forming a space S below the seat bottom surface (17b). A seat support member (10) is disposed in the space S.
This provides a saddle-ride-type vehicle where the degree of freedom in layout of parts is increased by making use of a space formed below a rider's seat.
