A propulsion system (14,16) including a gas turbine engine (20) and a nacelle (18) surrounding a portion of the gas turbine engine. The propulsion system further includes a heat exchanger (36), which is arranged within a strut (24) connecting the gas turbine engine and the nacelle, adapted to cool fluid from the gas turbine engine.
