Formula (I) M(LA)(LD)(LX) mX ·(CI) mY
in the formula, M represents a metal ion, LA represents a tridentate ligand represented by the following Formula (AL-1), LD represents a bidentate ligand, or a tridentate ligand, at least one of coordinating atoms in LD bonded to the metal ion M is a nitrogen atom, at least one of the coordinating atoms is an anion, LX represents a monodentate ligand, mX represents 0 or 1, CI represents a counterion, and mY represents an integer of 0 to 3; and
in the formula, Za and Zb each represent a non-metal atomic group necessary for forming a 5- or 6-membered ring, and at least one of the Za ring and the Zb ring has one or more acidic groups, L W represents a nitrogen atom or CR W , R W represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, G represents a ring group represented by any one of Formulae (X-1) to (X-3), n represents an integer of 2 to 7, T represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, a -(G)n-T group does not have an acidic group and an amino group, Zt2 and Zt3 each represent a non-metal atomic group necessary for forming a fused ring, R T1 to R T3 each represent a substituent, PT1 represents an integer of 0 to 2, PT2 and PT3 are each an integer of 0 or more, and * represents a binding position.
