Provided are: a photoelectric conversion element having a conductive support, a photosensitive layer including an electrolyte, an electric charge transfer layer including an electrolyte, and a counter electrode, wherein the photo sensitive layer has semiconductor fine particles carrying a metal complex dye represented by a specific formula; a dye-sensitized solar cell; and a metal complex dye and a dye solution used for the photoelectric conversion element and the dye-sensitized solar cell.
Abstract:
Provided is a gray ink composition for ink jet printing that is excellent in terms of high reproducibility of coloration, with color reproducibility within the gray color range being extremely good in particular, has good emission stability, and has very good shelf life in that it does not undergo solid separation, property changes, color changes, and the like after long-term storage. Also provided is a method for ink jet printing of cellulose fibers using the same. The gray ink composition of the invention is a dye that contains the compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof.
