Provided is an azeotropic like composition that contains 2-chloro-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene. According to the azeotropic like composition of the present invention, a composition, which is nonflammable and environment-friendly and in which the liquid phase composition and gas phase composition are substantially the same, can be provided. Moreover, use of the azeotropic mixture-like composition according to the present invention makes it possible to provide a detergent, a solvent, a silicone solvent, a foaming agent, a coolant or heat medium for a heat pump, or a high-temperature working fluid, each being nonflammable and environment-friendly and the liquid phase composition and gas phase composition therein being substantially the same.
