An example pump cassette may include a rigid body including two opposing edge sections, an inlet port, an outlet port, and a controllable fluid pathway extending from the inlet port to the outlet port. The pump may include a slider coupled to the two opposing edge sections and articulable with respect to the rigid body; and a flow stop valve operably coupled to the controllable fluid pathway.
