摘要:
In the case of providing a disaster and safety communications service using a currently defined technology for multimedia broadcast multicast services (MBMS), there is a problem of the occurrence of a delay of a packet transfer. So a method for shortening the delay is required. To solve the problem, the present invention provides a method for a base station transferring a user packet, which receives a user packet including time stamp information that a BM-SC assigns from a broadcast/multicast service centre (BM-SC), transmits the user packet onto a physical multicast channel based on the time stamp information, and sets an interval between time stamps to be shorter than a period of MBMS scheduling.
