The invention relates to a sound transducer (10; 10a to 10f), comprising a diaphragm (11; 62) and at least one piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40) which is arranged in operative connection with the diaphragm (11; 62), wherein the direction of vibration (25) of the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40) is arranged at least substantially perpendicular to the direction of vibration (13) of the diaphragm (11; 62), wherein at least one lever element (16; 16a; 16b; 17; 17a; 17b; 48; 48a; 49; 49a; 68, 69) is arranged between the diaphragm (11; 62) and the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40), connecting the diaphragm (11; 62) with the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40) and designed to transform vibrations of the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40) into vibrations of the diaphragm (11; 62) and vice versa, and wherein a clamp connection is formed between the at least one lever element (16; 16a; 16b; 17; 17a; 17b; 48; 48a; 49; 49a; 68, 69) and the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40). According to the invention, the clamp connection is formed in the region between an end face (23; 23a, 24; 24a) of the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40) arranged in the vibration direction (25) of the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40), and the at least one lever element (16; 16a; 16b; 17; 17a; 17b; 48; 48a; 49; 49a; 68, 69), and the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40) arranged by means of the at least one lever element (16; 16a; 16b; 17; 17a; 17b; 48; 48a; 49; 49a; 68, 69) under an axial pre-tensioning force (F) acting in the vibration direction (25) of the piezo actuator (20; 20a; 40).
