Provided is a polymer compound excellent in crosslinkability and hole transportability.
A polymer compound comprising a constitutional unit represented by the formula (1A) or the formula (1B) and a constitutional unit represented by the formula (2A) or the formula (2B):
wherein R Am and R Bm represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, Ar 1m to Ar 5m and L M represent a divalent group, Ar M represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group or a heterocyclic group, m1 to m6 represent a specified integer, and X M represents a monovalent group containing any one of the following crosslinkable groups:
wherein R An and R Bn represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, Ar 1n to Ar 5n Ar Ln and L N represent a divalent group, Ar N represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group or a heterocyclic group, n1 to n6 and Ln represent a specified integer, and X N represents a monovalent group containing any one of the following crosslinkable groups:
wherein n XL represents an integer of 0 to 5, and R XL represents a divalent group.
