A wrinkle tissue preparation method is for preparing wrinkle tissue for a light-based wrinkle tissue treatment method. The preparation involves increasing the amount of target particles in the wrinkle tissue. In an overall wrinkle treatment method, these target particles are then ablated by a subsequent light-based wrinkle tissue treatment method. The preparation stage improves the effectiveness of the light-based treatment for performing wrinkle reduction.
