The bead (220, 320) comprises a core (230, 330) including at least one yarn of multiple textile or non-metal filaments embedded in an organic matrix having a density in a range of from 0.5 g/m 3 to 2.00 g/m 3 . The core has a diameter in a range of from 5.0 mm to 30.0 mm. The bead (220, 320) further has an outer sheath layer (240, 340) including at least one metal wire wound around and in contact with the core (230, 330).
