摘要:
We propose a para-bulbar preparation with a cytotrophic-retinal effect, consisting of a mixture of active ingredients including:
a) betamethasone;
b) isoxysuprine hydrochloride or ritrodine hydrochloride;
c) phospholipids from the cerebral cortex added to cyanocobalamin;
d) polydeoxyribonucleotide or Coenzyme Compositum®.
The various components of the mixture are provided according to the following quantities:
a) betamethasone: 4 mg / 2 ml (s.i.) = 5 U = 0.05 ml;
b) isoxysuprine hydrochloride: 2 ml (s.i.), or ritrodine hydrochloride 50 mg / 5 ml = 20 U = 0.20 ml;
c) Cerebral cortex phospholipids added to cyanocobalamin: 12 mg and 1 mg / 2 ml respectively, (s.i.) = 10 U = 0.10 ml;
d) polydeoxyribonucleotide: 5.625 mg / 3 ml (s.i.) = 15 U = 0.15 ml; for a total of 0.5 ml, corresponding to 50 U.
We also propose a package containing the aforementioned active ingredients, designed to contain a single dose, consisting of a sterile syringe or vial with a piston locking device, made of plastic..
