The first light-transmissive component (3a) covers the light sensing unit (2), and has a first refractive index that is between a refractive index of the light sensing unit (2) and a refractive index of air. The blocking wall (4) is disposed on the substrate (1), and surrounds the light sensing unit (2) and the first light-transmissive component (3a).
