摘要：
The objective of the present invention is to enable HARQ-ACK transmission and reception to be performed efficiently. If transmission of a first HARQ-ACK codebook is triggered, and transmission of a second HARQ-ACK codebook is triggered before the first HARQ-ACK codebook has been transmitted, a terminal device cancels the transmission of the first HARQ-ACK codebook and transmits the second HARQ-ACK codebook.
