Abstract: A cell transfer apparatus transfers cells scattered in a first container to a second container. The cell transfer apparatus includes a head to which a suction tip that can generate suction force and discharge force in a distal end opening is attached, a movement mechanism for the head, a camera that captures images of the first container, a cell recognition unit that performs position recognition of the cells based on the images, and a control unit that controls the head and the movement mechanism to perform a transfer operation of the cells based on a result of the position recognition. The control unit gradually suctions the set quantity of target cells that is set to two or more in advance into the suction tip from among the cells scattered in the first container, causes the head to move to the second container, and then discharges the set quantity of the target cells that are suctioned into the suction tip to the same location in the second container.

Abstract: The present invention is a lubricating oil composition containing, per 100 parts by mass of (A) an ester compound of a neopentyl polyol having 5 to 10 carbon atoms and a valence of alcohol of 2 to 6 and a linear unsaturated fatty acid having 16 to 22 carbon atoms, 0.1 to 1.5 parts by mass of a specific (B) acid phosphate ester amine salt, 0.01 to 0.25 parts by mass of a specific (C) succinic acid monoester, and 0.01 to 0.25 parts by mass of (D) N-oleoylsarcosine. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a lubricating oil composition which is excellent in biodegradability, lubricity (anti-wear property), and rust preventive property against seawater, which is low in toxicity and accumulation to aquatic organisms, and further which is excellent in oxidation stability even in the presence of seawater.
