摘要:
An automated welding system provided with: a camera for photographing an arc and a weld pool generated in a groove by arc welding; an estimation unit for using a learned model to output a probability distribution image based on a camera image; an extraction means for extracting a region having at least a prescribed probability from the probability distribution image; a selection means for selecting a representative point corresponding to a characteristic point of an arc and a representative point corresponding to a characteristic point of a weld pool, in the region having at least a prescribed probability; and a correction means for correcting a control parameter of a welding robot on the basis of the positional relationship of the representative point corresponding to a characteristic point of an arc and the representative point corresponding to a characteristic point of a weld pool.
