The present invention aims to provide a borate compound-containing composition soluble in hydrocarbon solvents and useful as a cocatalyst for solution polymerization of olefins or dienes.
According to the present invention, a composition containing a compound represented by the following formula (1), and a compound represented by the following formula (4):
