The top plate (50) is fixed to the rear end frame (40), fixes a plurality of rear end arms at such positions that the rear end arms are sandwiched between the top plate (50) and the arm fixing plates (46), and fixes an upper end face of a lifting unit (64) that is the lifting mechanism.
