The method comprises: a terminal device determining that a first behavior and a second behavior are executed simultaneously, wherein the first behavior comprises at least one of the following: sounding reference signal (SRS) carrier switching, SRS port switching, antenna switching, antenna port switching, bandwidth part (BWP) switching, cell switching and multiple-in multiple-out (MIMO) layer switching, and the second behavior comprises at least one of the following: a measurement behavior and a transmission behavior; and the terminal device executing one of the first behavior and the second behavior.
