Based on the gap sharing information, a mobility measurement is performed on the at least one measurement object in the measurement gap. With the gap sharing information indicating a variety of different sharing proportions for the measurement gap occupied by the at least one measurement object, the measurement priorities of various requirements can be configured based on the sharing proportions to perform the mobility measurement on each measurement object, which effectively meets diverse requirements of various networks or operators for measurement priorities.
