Provided is a method for synthesizing (1R,2R)-AMPP and derivatives thereof by using an enzyme cascade reaction, comprising the following steps: Step 1, using a benzaldehyde derivative as a substrate and an E. coli transketolase mutant as a catalyst to synthesize a compound represented by formula 2; and Step 2, using the compound represented by Formula 2 as a substrate and a transaminase ATA117 MUTANT as a catalyst to synthesize (1R,2R)-AMPP and derivatives thereof.
