Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for a plastic product preventing the generation of burr in the punching part of a cutting tool when a plastic material, a molded product or the like is processed using the cutting tool such as a bite, a fraise or the like.
SOLUTION: In the processing method for the plastic product, a processing material wherein the surface part of the plastic product to be subjected to cutting processing is covered with a heat-shrinkable film in an adhesion state is used and the surface part of the processing material covered with the heat- shrinkable film in an adhesion state is processed by the cutting tool and the burr generated in the punching part of the cutting tool is prevented.

SOLUTION: In the processing method for the plastic product, a processing material wherein the surface part of the plastic product to be subjected to cutting processing is covered with a heat-shrinkable film in an adhesion state is used and the surface part of the processing material covered with the heat- shrinkable film in an adhesion state is processed by the cutting tool and the burr generated in the punching part of the cutting tool is prevented.
