Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the bobbin device of a field coil for a brushless alternator by which the cost reduction can be realized by adopting a joining structure of a yoke for reducing the inner diameter of a bobbin and a plate while securing the support strength of the plate, by securing vibration resistance, and by reducing a material for the field coil.
SOLUTION: An annular stepped part 100 is formed at one end side on the inner peripheral face of a second yoke 10 in a thick-walled ring shape. The axial other end of the cylinder 310 of the plate 31 is fitted to the stepped part 100 in a radially overlapped state. The cylinder 310 of the plate 31 is integrated with the second yoke 10 by welding in a radially overlapped region.
